We believe that every home should be built with intention. We collaborate with you to custom build purposeful, adaptive, and luxurious homes that enable a better quality of life.

ArtHouse Residential was started by three friends with a shared passion for building better homes and neighbourhoods. Our shared interest in sustainable architecture, good design, and quality craftsmanship brought us together. We turned these interests into a company that builds with purpose in Edmonton’s mature neighbourhoods. 

Our homes are the places we spend the most time and the single biggest purchase most of us make. So they’d better work for you and be built for the future. That’s why we build energy efficient homes with flexible layouts that will age well. We like to ask ourselves: “Will this last a hundred years?” If not, it’s probably not worth doing. 

Our company is built on relationships. Whether it’s with trades, suppliers, or your new neighbours, we know trust and respect are key to getting things done right. 

Our crew has two rules we like to follow: Do it right, and don’t [mess] it up. These rules are central to our building philosophy. Building homes that last is essential to us, so we know we have to get every detail right in the design and the execution.

We’ve built our careers around helping people make the right decisions for their custom homes. We design and build with purpose to help people live better, in healthier homes in central neighbourhoods.
